Pac-12 Week 9 Football Matchups and Betting Lines

We have moved to Week 9 of the College Football season already. Time flies! This is going to be an incredible weekend of College Football out of the Pac-12. Some great matchups and some great finishes. Let’s take a look at the six-pack of games on the Pac-12 slate.

Oregon Ducks -6.5 at Utah Utes; 47.5

The game of the week in College Football. The high-scoring Oregon Ducks and the defensive-minded Utah Utes. Bo Nix and his offensive attack against the wit and skill of Kyle Whittingham’s Utes.

This should be a great game and will be a heartbreaker for the losing team. It would be the second conference loss and mostly eliminate them from heading to the Pac-12 title game.

While that is not a certainty, it’s pretty close. Everything is on the line here as the Ducks try to win on the road. Oregon has been battle-tested as of late, and really, so have the Utes.

Look for a battle of wills, but in the end, the Ducks have too much offense to be completely shut down. Oregon wins by 10!

USC Trojans -10.5 at California Bears; 66.5

Lincoln Riley, Caleb Williams, and the Trojans are looking to get back on track. The Trojans have dropped back-to-back games. One of those losses was out of conference play, so USC is right in the mix for the second conference spot as well.

Washington leads without a loss, but everyone else has been beaten. The Golden Bears are 3-4 on the season and have dropped back-to-back games.

This game is in California, so you never know, but the smart money is on the Trojans to get back on track and win. We have USC by 14.

Washington Huskies -26.5 at Stanford Cardinal; 60.5

The Stanford Cardinal had a chance to build on their big upset win over USC but could not get the job done, as they were smacked by UCLA.

The Cardinal just is not equipped with enough talent to be able to compete in games like this. While the Cardinal are at home, it will not matter here. Michael Penix Jr and the Huskies are on a mission, and the mission continues on.

Look for Washington to go on the road and win this game by four touchdowns or more. Washington remains unbeaten following their scare against Arizona State last week.

Colorado Buffaloes +17.5 at UCLA Bruins; 62.5

Another opportunity for Coach Sanders and his Buffaloes. This one is on the road at UCLA. The Buffaloes are coming off their bye week, which was much needed.

That was following the tough loss in which they blew a big lead to Stanford. Colorado needs two more wins in the Pac-12, and things are not going to get a ton easier.

The Bruins appear to be cruising along and seeking their sixth win here. While they are not the high-scoring Bruins, they still have been effective. While UCLA wins, expect the Buffaloes to compete and cover the spread.

Take UCLA by 10.

Washington State Cougars -6 at Arizona State Sun Devils; 51.5

In what could be a super competitive game, the Washington State Cougars will look to get back on track. They will take on a Sun Devils team that, despite their record, appears to be improving. Arizona State held Washington to just 15 points last week, but offense was once again the issue, scoring just a lone touchdown.

Washington State is now 4-3 and has dropped three straight games. The Cougars started decent against Oregon but could not keep up. It’s been a struggle in October.

Look for Arizona State to have a good chance of winning this game. In fact, we will take the upset and the Sun Devils win! Arizona State wins 24-21.

Oregon State Beavers -3 at Arizona Wildcats; 57.5

What are the odds both teams from Arizona come into the game as home underdogs and both wins? We like those odds! The Wildcats can beat Oregon State. Sure, Oregon State has played solid football, with just one loss, but Arizona is a scary team, especially when at home.

Look for Arizona to get the offense going, and want to get this into a bit of a shoot-out, which they are comfortable with. Take the Wildcats and the over in this one! Arizona tops Oregon State 35-34 on Saturday!

This is already the final weekend of October. Just one more month of games, and then it will be approaching bowl season and then the College Football playoff.

We expect this to be a great week of College Football, and especially this slate of Pac-12 football. Enjoy the games, and if you are betting on them, good luck!
