We are getting to the end of the 2023 season in College Football. The bowl games continue, and it’s time to look at the big games coming up on New Year’s Day. There are a ton of games this week, but these are the best of the best. Let’s take a look at the New Year’s College Football Bowl Games:

Wisconsin Badgers +10 vs. LSU Tigers; 55.5

The first game of a five game slate on Saturday is the Wisconsin Badgers and LSU Tigers. The Big Ten against the SEC. Several of the best players in this game are not going to play. That includes Wisconsin running back Braelon Allen and Heisman Trophy winning quarterback for LSU – Jayden Daniels. But, despite that, these two teams are going to battle it out. Plenty to play for. Brian Kelly and his Tigers are looking to finish with 10 wins on the season. It’s the offense of the Tigers, and the defense of the Badgers. The talent is too strong on the LSU side. Take the Tigers to beat the Badgers by a couple touchdowns on Monday.

Iowa Hawkeyes +8.5 vs. Tennessee Volunteers; 36.5

Another game featuring the Big Ten and the SEC. The Iowa Hawkeys went to the Big Ten title game, but had an odd season. The Hawkeyes were one of the worst offensive teams in all of College Football. Tennessee on the other hand was a team that wanted to get the football up and down the field. The Hawkeyes and Volunteers both have guys out, including running back Jaylen Wright for Tennessee. Look for the Volunteers to find some guys to replace him, as both teams get ready for a big 2024 season. Tennessee is going to win this game. Take the Volunteers by 14. We like Tennessee 24-10 in this game on Monday.

Liberty Flames +17 vs. Oregon Ducks; 67.5

An interesting College Football game. The unbeaten Liberty FLames are looking to finish with a 14-0 season. The Flames will face a tough test in Bo Nix and his Oregon Ducks. The Ducks are going to be without their top receiver in Troy Franklin. But, with Nix playing, they look to still be able to move the football well. For Liberty, their offense is a well oiled machine. The Flames are going to keep up with the Ducks on the offensive side. While Oregon comes away with a win in this game, the Flames will cover the spread. 17 points is too many. Take Liberty +17 in this game on Monday!

Alabama Crimson Tide +2 vs. Michigan Wolverines; 44.5

The first of two College Football Playoff games. The Alabama Crimson Tide were the final team to get into the playoff after their SEC title over Georgia. Nick Saban’s team lost early in the season to Texas, and won on a miracle against Auburn late in the season. Jalen Milroe was not really good early in the season, but has bounced back to put his team in a position to win a national title. For Michigan, the season has been full of drama, but as the #1 seed in the playoff, they are ready to take it down. Coach Harbaugh and his Wolverines have got the job done with ball protection, pounding the run game, and great defense. Blake Corum is ready to go in this one. Michigan wins this one by a field goal or more!

Texas Longhorns -4.5 vs. Washington Huskies; 63.5

The second game of the College Football Playoff. Steve Sarkisian and his Texas Longhorns against the Washington Huskies. Texas has a great resume, with their win over Alabama, as well as their only loss coming in a tight one against Oklahoma. Washington is unbeaten on the season, and has Michael Penix Jr, one of the Heisman finalists. We expect this to be a great game. Washington just finds ways to get it done. They do it again in this one. The Washington Huskies +4.5 is the bet to make at Caesars Sportsbook!

There it is. Those are the New Year’s Day College Football Bowl Games. We hope you enjoy the game, and want to wish you the best of luck with all your betting. Happy New Year!
