Cardinals Week 13 Underdog in Pittsburgh

single-image

Once again, the Arizona Cardinals are underdogs as we start a new week in the National Football League. That cannot come as much of a surprise, for a team that has the second worst record in the league. Arizona, with their 2-10 mark only sit ahead of Carolina, who is 1-10 on the season. The New England Patriots have 2 wins, but top that with 9 losses. The Cardinals are +5.5 on the road at the Steelers in Week 13. The total for the game is 41.5. Let’s take a look at the betting preview for that game, and other big games in Week 13:

Arizona Cardinals +5.5 at Pittsburgh Steelers; 41.5

The Cardinals are going to have to go across the country, play an early game, and take on a well coached team. This is coming off the blowout loss at home to the Rams. There is no doubt Kyler Murray brings some life to the offense, but does it matter? This is still a pretty poor Arizona Cardinals team. In staying that though, the Steelers offense has been nothing worth writing home about. The Cardinals are going to be able to keep this game close if they can play good defense and take care of the football. Do not expect the Cardinals to win this game on the road, as the Steelers are still looking for a postseason spot, but we do expect Arizona to compete in this game and make it close. Take the Cardinals +5.5 on the road.

Denver Broncos +3.5 at Houston Texans; 47.5

The Denver Broncos and Houston Texans are two of the biggest surprises in the National Football League right now. The Broncos have won five in a row, and both teams are right in the mix for a wildcard spot. CJ Stroud is the likely offensive Rookie of the Year in the NFL. The Broncos have seen a crazy turn around that saw them give up 70 points in Week 3, and now have become one of the best defensive teams in the league. Look for a good game here. But, in the end, the Texans ability to move the football down the field is the difference maker. Houston wins this game at home, by a touchdown. Take Houston -3.5.

Cleveland Browns +3.5 at Los Angeles Rams; 39.5

The Cleveland Browns will go across the country to take on the Los Angeles Rams. The Browns have one of the best defenses in the league. But, when push comes to shove, how are they going to score enough? The Rams, with a win, would move back to .500, and be right in the thick of things in the NFC. Kyren Williams came back last week, and gave Los Angeles a nice shot in the arm on the offensive side. Look for him to get a big workload again in this game. Do not be surprised if he sees 20+ touches on the ground. The Rams use their ball control and enough offense to take down the Browns on Sunday. Take Los Angeles -3.5!

San Francisco 49ers -3 at Philadelphia Eagles; 47.5

The game of the Week in the National Football League. Two of the hottest teams in the league, and two of the best teams in the league. Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and the 49ers are at Jalen Hurts, AJ Brown and the Eagles. The Eagles have just one loss on the season. It’s hard to imagine a situation where the Eagles are underdogs at home. Sure, the 49ers are really good, but this is the defending NFC Champions, at home, as underdogs. We are taking the Eagles in this one.

Kansas City Chiefs -6 at Green Bay Packers; 42.5

The Sunday Night Football game features Patrick Mahomes in his first ever game at Lambeau Field. The Chiefs and Packers expect to be great action. The Packers are looking to get back to .500 following their Thanksgiving Day win over the Lions. Kansas City bounced back last week with a win over the Raiders. Things will be a little more challenging Sunday Night for the Chiefs, on the road, and in the cold. The Packers at +6 seem like too many points. Take the Packers at home.

Cincinnati Bengals +8 at Jacksonville Jaguars; 37.5

The Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars are getting together for a Monday Night Football affair. The Bengals are without Joe Burrow, which has completely changed the landscape of their offense. The Jaguars are leading the AFC South, and looking to continue putting distance between them and the rest of the division. Prime time unders have been a thing, so if it’s low scoring, can the Bengals compete? More than a touchdown seems like a lot. Joe Mixon pushes the ball forward for the Bengals, but not enough to win. Just cover. Cincinnati +8 is the bet here.

Good luck with all your Week 13 betting in the NFL! Enjoy the games!
